Ragnar Relay - Wasatch Back

Run, Drive, Sleep, Repeat...
I ran my first relay race. 177 miles from Logan to Park City. We had such a great time and some great runs. Here we are at the finish line after starting 32 hours prior. I'd have to say I love to run and race. My next race will be Top of Utah 1/2 marathon on August 29th. Anyone want to join me?

Bike Ramp

3 years old and so crazy!! We didn't even know Zack could do that. We look over at the neighbors, and he is jumping off the ramp with Brock and our neighbor Britin. He must have went off the ramp 10 times before his first spill.

Bad Day

What a bad day it has been today. My little Zack and I were having fun in the hot tub just up until he was climbing out and slipped. What looked like just a little slip put us in the emergency room at the request of Instacare. This picture is not very pretty, but you can see what happened. My heart just breaks looking at it.

Winter Fun at Beaver Mountain

I thought I would show some pictures and video of our fun this winter at Beaver Mountain. Zack learned so fast how to ski. He had just one lesson and he was king of the mountain (for a 3 year old). He had the best time. Courtney skis as well. If we had a race between Zack and Courtney... well Zack would win. She enjoys going up - but going slow. Brock is as crazy as always - shooting for some big air.

Snowboarding: Brock & Braydan

Another beautiful ski day!

We are lucky to live so close to a ski resort. Beaver Mountain is just 30 miles away. Brock and his friend Braydan have so much fun. They love trying to do tricks and see how much air they can get. Brock says... "I like snowboarding. It is my favorite winter sport and I love it so much."

Frost Family Visit

Brock and I spent the weekend with Koni and her family in Texas. We had such a good time. The kids played so good together. Brock loved playing with baby William. When we said our goodbye's at the airport, Brock said... Oh William... (sigh) I'm going to miss you so much. It was very sweet.

Koni and I went on some photo shoots with the kids. Below are just a couple pictures that we did up in Photoshop. I owe Koni!! She is so talented and I learned so much. Be expecting some great pictures and blogging :).

Brock wrote this about his trip to see the Frosts... "The girls made me dress up as a princess. It was pretty embarassing but they laughed a lot. There names are Emma and Lily. Austin and me went golfing and it took about ten tries to get it in the first hole. After we were done golfing, we went to go get Chinese food. I filled up my whole plate and I was so full. Then we went home and I played with baby William."
